Peak PR

The brief from Peak PR was to create a stylish website that could explain ‘what we do’. My first attempt was a throw away, I just didnt get-it. We went back to the drawing board and came up with a design that reflected Andrew and Moira and the image they wanted to convey. I am well please with the result.
Somehow I had a ‘gut feeling’ my first design was not right! Check it out www.peakpr.com.au

Peak PR

Creating your first website is always a nerve-wracking affair but Jillian calmly and patiently – and always with a smile – leads you though the process and finds out what

you’re after and the style and feel of the site you want. And through the magic she weaves through her nifty trio of computer screens, a sharp, stylish website you love is the end product.

Jillian is a creative, clever, imaginative and talented designer and internet/computer wizard – and very affordable – and she’s someone you can trust will come up with the goods on time, every time.

We will definitely use Jillian’s skills again and can wholeheartedly recommend her to others seeking a helping hand in the big confusing world of the net.

Accessing your Webmail

To access your webmail when you are travelling or not at your own computer

If I have built your website then you can follow these instructions.

1. Using the internet, go to your control panel, by typing this in the address bar of your browser:

http://www.domain.com.au:2082   (substitute domain.com.au for your website address)

Enter your username and password (contact me if you don’t have this)

2. You should now see something like this

3. Look for the webmail icon (click on it)

4. Click to enter Webmail

5. Choose “horde’, then click Login

6. On the left you will see some navigation (if there is nothing on the left of your screen, look for a drop down list on the right)

7. Click on mail, then choose your email address (not inbox)

Webmail is not as elegant as programs like Outlook, however, you can get access and keep in touch when you are out of your office.

Also, read my post prior to sending your first email.

Hope this helps.

OHS Leadership

OHS Leadership Pty Ltd is a small, dynamic consultancy service managed by Chris Darling. The brief was to get a professional looking website to promote Chris’s OH&S consulting services.

Chris was travelling overseas so we spent a fair amount of time hammering out the content in a flurry of emails. Chris in a hotel room in Korea, myself in my office in Mittagong. I loved the banter – it was a lot of fun.

Desired State Solutions

This was a fun project. David (an old family friend) approached me to re-vamp his original website. We choose a clean look and lots of tiny images to balance with the technical content. I am really happy with the result. View site

Sydney Rowing Club

I recently retained the services of Jillian Brandon to design a new website for Sydney Rowing Club. A brief was given to Jillian to identify the purpose and branding we wanted and rather then provide to much detail we wanted a designer to use their own expertise, knowledge and innovativion. We were very happy with the end result on a number of levels. Jillian created a website that matched our brand and was easy to navigate all in a friendly, professional and cost efficient manner. I would recommend her to anyone.
